A series of timetabled Life-wide Learning lessons are designed for implementing moral and values education, national education and study skills, as well as life planning. Through sharing by teachers and guest speakers, students have acquired knowledge and cultivated an attitude to become responsible citizens. 

In addition, an Activity Learning Day is arranged for students to step out of their comfort zones to explore different aspects of society, help others through social services, and learn to cooperate with other peers. Study tours are also organized during long holidays.

National security education is infused into the teaching of other subjects.  Students also have chances to deepen their understanding of the culture and latest developments in China through visits and communications with "Sister schools".
